This floral ceramic toothbrush holder is in great vintage condition but has some light scuffs / markings around the edges (top and bottom). Made in Japan with stamp on the base. 

Since this is a vintage holder, modern toothbrushes don't really fit. Would be best for small wooden brushes or as decor.
